According to bhaufschild, cat urine smell is a major problem in houses these days. in this video he demonstrates how to get rid of the cat urine smell. One of the best is a product called odor fix plus which extracts the cat urine smell out of the house completely. To use this product you need a bucket, a watering can, a brick and water. it is mixed as 10 parts warm water and 1 part of the product. before you use the product you will have to smell out the urine to specific areas where the cats urinate such as where the wall meets the floor, room corners etc otherwise it will not work. it is sprayed and needs a few days to work. to maximize the effect a plastic sheet is placed over the sprayed area and held in place with bricks. The enzymes work away at the enzyme molecules, the smell gets extracted and your done! this product needs quite some time to work and can sometimes take up to six days!

What if you still want the cats in your house...
I bought a bottle of this and used it on the last step of my carpeted stairs going down to my lower level (1/2 basement not full basement). One of my cats peed there and I worked forever to get the smell out. The flooring at bottom of stairs is new engineered wood I put in....this stuff worked!!! I sprayed it on the carpet and on floor and on wall in the corner, amazing.....couldn't believe it! I got a spray bottle and measured 1 part product and 10 parts water and just sprayed. A bottle should last me a long time I hope
i foster cats, some who are sick and I desperately needed something to get the odor out of my house. I researched and the guy on the Youtube video was so convincing, I ordered it and I can NOT believe how well this product worked - INSTANTAEOUSLY. Then I bought and LED black light to locate every spot and hit it with Odor Fix. I thought it was going to take hours or days to work - nope. Worked immediately. Thank you - I will be buying more and recommending to everyone.
